LDZ Flooring offers a simple return procedure with 60 days of receipt of delivery or pick up. If 60 days passed since your pick up or delivery, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To be eligible for a return:

• No return after 60 days of delivery or pick up.
• Return/exchange item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete the return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchange, sale items cannot be refunded/exchange.
• All returns will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
• All exchanges will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges of opened, damaged, wet, or items otherwise not in resalable condition.
• Customer is responsible for return/exchanges shipping costs that are non-refundable.
• After we have received your product and completed a quality inspection, we will immediately process your refund. Refund is for materials only and does not apply to any shipping charges.
• No return/exchange for T-mold, reducers, stair nose, end cap, and Quarter Round.
